I live in Kansas City with my husband Deren and our new furry addition, Penny. He's a computer guy and likes to build stuff. I am a First Grade teacher for a small rural school outside of Kansas City. We bought our first house this year and the second room we set up was our basement. My craft room is awesome - don't be jealous.

Engagement Pictures
We have also been lucky enough to have our dear friend, Abbey Feldkamp, take our engagement pictures. Her photography has taken off within, what feels like, a split second! Here are some of our favorites....
I used to wait for a sign, she said, before I did anything. Then one night I had a dream & an angel in black tights came to me & said, you can start any time now, & then I asked is this a sign? & the angel started laughing & I woke up.
