SBD vs. AET
I've been on the South Beach Diet now for a week and a half and I'm proud to say I've lost 8 pounds. However I feel like I'm DYING for some fruit or a piece of chocolate here and there. Okay, I lied. I want some EVERYDAY! Luckily my good friend from MN, Monica, is going to school to become a registered dietitian and she just started a blog that is full of wonderful information. I'm able to follow along with a bunch of wonderful advice from 400 miles away. I think after my dreadful two weeks of the south beach diet are over I'll try Mon's plan and see what happens from here. Because seriously, who denies people fruit? Jerks.
